Everything it receives is stored and indexed in your account, and verification codes and links are saved in the Links view. You, the operator, review the messages and chat with them in KopyKat.

Yes, through the developer API. Create a key in your Profile and your agent, app, or script can search your KopyKat data or get AI answers with sources. See the API page for docs. Each key only sees your own data and can be revoked anytime.

A separate address keeps agent sign-ups, receipts, and spam out of your real inbox, limits what the agent can see, and can be regenerated in one click if it leaks.

EmData Feeds (Email Data Feeds) are streams of information created when you forward emails to KopyKat. Each source you connect, whether it's your Gmail, Slack notifications, Jira updates, or newsletters, becomes an EmData feed that KopyKat processes and indexes. This allows you to query all your email-based data in one place using natural language.

There is no monthly storage cap today. Attachments are limited to 10MB each and 20MB in total per email. Larger attachments are skipped, but the email itself is still saved and searchable.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your EmData feeds are stored securely and never shared with third parties. We take your privacy seriously and you maintain full control over your data.

Currently, each account has one KopyKat email address. However, you can aggregate multiple EmData feeds from different sources into a single knowledge base, perfect for consolidating project data, team emails, or personal accounts in one place.

Our AI uses state-of-the-art language models to understand and respond to your queries. While no AI is perfect, KopyKat is designed to provide accurate, relevant answers based on your actual EmData feed content. Always verify critical information.

Attachments are saved with each email (up to 10MB each and 20MB per email) so you can open them later. Their contents are not read or searched yet, so chat and search only cover the email itself.

Yes, you have full control over your data. You can delete your entire account at any time from your profile settings. When you delete data, it's permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

After signing up, you'll receive your unique KopyKat email address. You can set up automatic forwarding from Gmail, Outlook, or any email provider to create EmData feeds. We provide step-by-step guides for each major email service in our onboarding tutorial.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Yes, you can regenerate your KopyKat email address from the Setup menu in your dashboard. This is useful if your address has been compromised or is receiving spam. Note that your old address will stop working immediately.

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with KopyKat, contact us at info@dashible.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
